NCVT MIS

NCVT MIS is an official portal and a platform that contains information about all institutions and programs under the NCVT MIS.  The National Council for vocational training is an Indian government based body that was established in 1956. In the recent past, NCVT was known as the National council of training in vocational tradesNCTVT. The council’s duties are to designate standards and curriculum for craftsmen training. They also give the word to the Indian government on the strategies and programs. The NCVT manages all trade tests and provides the National trade certificates.

The NCVT MIS (management information system) this an electronic platform for information about students’ resources.  The applicants are registered for engineering and non-engineering technical skills programs.  The programs are undertaken in different industrial training institutes, ITI. The NCVT oversees the ITI through the Indian government Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneur and Directorate General of Training DGT.

NCVTMIS Eligibility Criteria

Individuals wishing to enroll in ITI courses should fulfill specific criteria. The criteria allow applicants to have a minimum of a 12^th pass. However, other courses and branches accept up to 8^th and high school standards.

• The applicant should be between 14-40 years when applying for the courses.
• The applicant should appear for the AITT exams. If they qualify, they can get better trades in the institution.

1. Visit the NCVT MIS website portal https://www.ncvtmis.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, select the option “online affiliation.”
3. Several options will show on the page. Select the tab New ITI registration.
4. A new page will show displaying the application form. Enter the required details on the form.
5. Next, choose your trade preference from the list provided.
6. You can select three options and apply.
7. The system will send a confirmation message after submission.
8. The applicant will also receive the login details on the message.

• On the login page, select the tab results section.

• Now choose your examination type: annual/semester.
• Next, select the year from the choices provided.

How to avail of the All India Trade Test Examination AITT admit card

 The council is about to conduct the AITT exams. The applicants will receive admission for various courses. The qualifications from the test determine this.  Every applicant must have an Amit card to appear for examinations. The applicant can get their admit card in the following steps:

1. Visit the official Management information system.
2. The ncvtmis.gov.in login page will show, from the page check the status of the admit card’s release.
3. If the card is ready for release, the authority will show a download link on the page.
4. Enter your login credentials, and once you log in, select the option AITT admit card.
5. Next, download the examination pdf, then save the details.
6. You can take a printout for reference.

NCVT MIS Certificate Download 2021

To get certificates such as scorecards, mark sheets, and pass certificates, you can use the MIS website portal.

1. Open the MIS website portal on the homepage, select the option “candidates corner.”
2. Proceed and select trainees from the menu.
3. Next, enter your login details and click the submit button.
4. The portal’s dashboard will show click the certificate section.
5. Select the certificate of choice and download it. Save a copy for reference.
